As someone who’s always on the go, I seriously wonder sometimes where my energy comes from, because let’s be real, I’m constantly feeling drained!

After reading so many articles and watching informative videos on Tik Tok thanks to my friend who’s been raving about it as she recently started herself and her excitement is totally infectious! I’m genuinely eager to give it a shot.
From what I’ve learned, intermittent fasting involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting, which can have numerous potential benefits for both mind and body.
I’m intrigued by how it could potentially improve my energy levels, focus, and even aid in weight management.
Now, don’t worry, I’m not planning on turning into a fasting fanatic overnight. I understand that it’s important to approach this lifestyle change with caution and listen to my body.
After all, health and well being comes first.
But that being said, I’m genuinely enthusiastic about introducing 18 6 intermittent fasting into my routine and seeing how it affects me personally.

I’ve never tried intermittent fasting before but maybe I should considering its health benefits. I’m about to start a calorie deficit diet again which does work well for me but I find it quite hard at the beginning x
