I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hamiltons restaurant, ever since my favourite restaurant closed down during the pandemic, I’ve been on the lookout for a new dining experience that could live up to its Michelin-style food and ambiance.

For starters I opted for the mouthwatering Cod Fishcake with Poached egg, blanched green beans, and tartar sauce!
This dish was the perfect combination of savoury and satisfying.
The perfectly poached egg and flavourful tartar sauce took this dish to the next level, making it a must-try for any seafood lover.
For the main meal, I couldn’t resist the 7oz roasted pork tenderloin with apricot puree, dauphinoise potato, roasted apples & broccoli, and cider gravy.
It was absolutely mouthwatering! Seriously, the flavours just exploded in my mouth with every bite.
The pork was perfectly cooked and the apricot puree added a nice touch of sweetness to balance out the savoury flavours.
And don’t even get me started on the dauphinoise potato – it was so creamy and delicious! And those roasted apples? Such a unique twist that I never would have thought of, but it worked so well.
Not to mention the cider gravy tying everything together – it was like the icing on the cake! Overall, this dish was a total winner and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful main course.
